-- The Earth is home to all living things. From the ground we walk on, to the water we drink, to the air we breathe, everything comes from the Earth's priceless gifts. However, as time goes by, human greed and the pace of modernization often disregard the balance of nature. Forests are cut down without reforestation, rivers are polluted with waste, and the air is full of pollution. However, all of this will ultimately come back to us, because a damaged Earth poses a direct threat to human survival.

Awareness of protecting the Earth is not just a slogan, but a fundamental responsibility that must be realized in everyday life. This begins with simple actions, such as reducing plastic waste, using energy efficiently, and promoting environmentally friendly policies. Furthermore, protecting the Earth is also a mandate from the Creator. In the Quran, Allah says: "Do not cause corruption on the Earth after it has been set in order. Pray to Him with fear and hope. Indeed, the mercy of Allah is close to the doers of good." (QS. Al-A'raf [7]: 56). This verse reminds us that humans should be guardians, not destroyers of the Earth.

Protecting the Earth means safeguarding the lives of future generations. Our children and grandchildren deserve to enjoy fresh air, clean water, and a sustainable environment just as we enjoy them today. If we neglect it, they will bear the consequences: food crises, natural disasters, and conflicts over resources. Therefore, taking steps to protect the Earth is not only a moral obligation but also an expression of compassion for humanity's future. It is time for us to act together, because a healthy Earth is key to the sustainability of all our lives. Source: https://www.mpiacademia.com/2025/09/menjaga-bumi-untuk-keberlanjutan-hidup.html
